Green Tea


My go to drink : Green tea with some fresh mint. Why?

Green tea has components such as Polyphenols , Flavonoids and Catechins – which are great antioxidants for the body.

These antioxidants work to help your body’s circulation by disposing of free radicals (which are chemical waste by-products in your body).

Green tea also has caffeine-It works as a stimulant, therefore helps me stay focused and alert while studying. It’s been proven to boost your body’s metabolic rate- which benefits by burning fat. Although tea generally contains less caffeine than coffee, it is enough to help improve brain function along with energy levels in the body.

Added few fresh mint leaves for flavor and a substitute for sugar
