Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- La Luna chipotle bacon sea sale
- 1/2 fresh orange
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil leaves
- Parsley leaves
- Olive oil
- White vinegar
- Quinoa
- Lime or lemons
- Greek yogurt
- Salad choices , I added strawberries, mushrooms, arugula, cucumbers and tomatoes
Instructions for chicken
- Bring the chicken to room temperature salt slightly
- In a pan add olive oil, seasonings and the chipotle bacon salt
- Heat for 2 minutes and mix well
- Bring Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix all seasoning together and marinate the chicken in it for 30 mins in the fridge

- After marinate settled well, squeeze fresh orange on the chicken and place on a pan to bake in the oven on high heat for 30 minutes
- Take out of the oven and grill in pan for 3 minutes each size to brown color
Instructions for quinoa
- Half a cup of quinoa will need 1 and 1/2 cup of water to boil.
- Add salt to taste and let cool down after cooked.
- Place on salad
