Chipotle bacon flavored grilled chicken quinoa salad 

Talk about delicious and absolutely flavorful healthy grilled chicken salad. My love for La Luna flavored sea salts has got me cooking up creative storms in the kitchen. Enjoy this recipe and share with me your feedback ! 

  

Ingredients 

  1. Chicken breast 
  2. La Luna chipotle bacon sea sale 
  3. 1/2 fresh orange 
  4. Garlic powder 
  5. Salt 
  6. Pepper 
  7. Basil leaves 
  8. Parsley leaves 
  9. Olive oil 
  10. White vinegar 
  11. Quinoa 
  12. Lime or lemons 
  13. Greek yogurt 
  14. Salad choices , I added strawberries, mushrooms, arugula, cucumbers and tomatoes 

Instructions for chicken 

  1. Bring the chicken to room temperature salt slightly 
  2. In a pan add olive oil, seasonings and the chipotle bacon salt   
  3. Heat for 2 minutes and mix well 
  4. Bring Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix all seasoning together and marinate the chicken in it for 30 mins in the fridge 
  5.  
  6. After marinate settled well, squeeze fresh orange on the chicken and place on a pan to bake in the oven on high heat for 30 minutes   
  7. Take out of the oven and grill in pan for 3 minutes each size to brown color 

Instructions for quinoa 

  1. Half a cup of quinoa will need 1 and 1/2 cup of water to boil. 
  2. Add salt to taste and let cool down after cooked. 
  3. Place on salad 

Homemade Greek salad dressing to top

This one is my favorite homemade healthy and delicious salad dressing to dress your quiona salad 

  1. Mix olive oil with limes, vinegar and some black pepper 
  2. Spread on salad to taste
